The journal Advances in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (ACS&AI) has a policy of not charging any Article Processing Charges (APC) for application, peer review, or publication. Every accepted article will be published at no cost to the authors and will be open-access, thereby delivering high-quality research without the barrier of financial charges.
