The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of educational theories and its use as one of the methods of applying learning in mathematics education that is effective on the promotion of conceptual knowledge of this section. To investigate the different dimensions of the subject, creating the main structure, providing the content and information needed in this research, a bookkeeping method has been used. Different theoretical frameworks have been developed for the research and development of mathematical education such as Davidazobel learning theory, Jean Piaget cognitive theory, Vygotsky's theory, and birr’s theory. In some of these models, mathematical learning is dealt with as a real flow, and in others mathematical learning is treated abstractly. The results of this research are of special importance to help improve the learning-teaching flow using educational theories and cause mastery learning and consequently lead to professional learning.
