Submission Checklist

Authors must ensure that all the following items are completed before submission:

  1. The manuscript is written in clear, academic language and follows the journal’s official template.

  2. The manuscript is submitted in editable Word format (.doc or .docx).

  3. The title, abstract, and keywords are in the article’s original language and English.

  4. Tables, figures, and images are correctly numbered and captioned; images have at least 300 DPI resolution.

  5. References are formatted according to a recognized citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE, MLA).

  6. The author information form is filled and attached.

  7. The contributions of all authors (if applicable) are clearly stated at the end of the article.

  8. The corresponding author is identified; the corresponding author is a faculty member in student-faculty collaborations.

  9. The manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  10. The submission has not been previously published, and it has not been published before in another journal for consideration.

  11. The submission file is in the Microsoft Word or RTF document format.

  13. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  14. If you submit to a peer-reviewed journal section, please ensure the instructions for an anonymous review have been followed.
